2019 Exmark X-Series 60" Turf Tracer Walk Behind Mower

I'm selling my 2019 Exmark Turf Tracer Mower, it has a 60" Deck. Its an X-series model. The exact mower's model is TTX650EKC604N0. The mower has a Kohler EFI ECV650 Engine that has 21HP which is plenty for it. The Mower has 1701 Hours on it, and still running strong. I just installed new rear tires. The front tires are flat free so they won't be going flat. The mower doesn't come with a sulky, but it does come with the base for it that is attached in the images. I also have some new blades that I can install, or you can take with you. The mower has a mulching plate so that the blades won't throw out any rocks and risk breaking any windows. We have refurbished the unit, replaced everything that was getting worn out and also redid the paint on it. The unit is in great shape now, I'm sure you will love it aswell. The Engine and hydros are both running great.
The mower is a little more than $10000+ new, not including the taxes. Mower is still in great condition after its been refurbished. I'm asking for $3000. When you come and see the mower you'll see it's a great mower and I believe it's at about a fair price. I am a small business and as a result will need to legally charge sales tax unless tax exempt. We do accept Credit cards also , but will incur a 3% convenience charge. As mentioned, since i am business i can also help finance the mower through synchrony and yard card.
