2017 Toro 52" Grandstand Stand-On Mower

Hello I am selling my 2017 Toro Grandstand with a 52" Deck. The mower has a strong Kawasaki FX691V, which has 22HP. The mower is in good condition. The Transmissions are still great, its free of oil leaks and still rides fast. The deck is 52 inch wide. The Tires are free of air leaks and the engine is also free of oil leaks. The mower starts right up and is in good condition. The exact mower model is 74505. The hour meter on these seem to not be working and isn't showing accurate hours. I have three of these Toro grandstands that are all in similar condition. I have some grass that needs mowing incase you'd like to come by and test out these Grandstands.  Its overall in good condition and has been a reliable unit. The deck belt, Battery, Tires and spindles are all in good shape as well. I did give the toro a touch up on the paint in order to refurbish the mower and i also had the thigh pad also reupholstered. I am asking for $4500.
